Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@trovie.com and we will investigate immediately and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
